@BBCWatchdog please help... @OntheBeachUK have changed my holiday, offered a full refund with 48hrs if not accepted but this isn't happening. Requested 13/06 & nothing. Can't speak to anyone only a chatbot which goes round in circles. I need my money back for new holiday.

@AldiUK really disappointed with my click and collect order today. Everything xmas based was not available! A waste of time and money, should've stuck with Tesco for my party food.... Also, the pack of ham was split open so went straight in the bin as it had a green tinge😥

@HighwaysSEAST Hi, are you responsible for the traffic lights on the spur road for Gatwick, Jct9 M23 Northbound? The timings have been changed recently and it causes chaos in the mornings as only a few cars can get through.
