How Aperture works, start to finish:
1. You complete an online intake.
2. A licensed clinician reviews your case.
3. If appropriate, a licensed U.S. pharmacy fills the prescription and ships it to you.
Rx only. Whether it is appropriate is the clinician's decision, not ours.

What's available through Aperture, by prescription:
— Semaglutide and tirzepatide
— Sermorelin
— NAD+ (injection or nasal spray)
— Glutathione
— GHK-Cu topical cream
Each one starts with an online intake and a licensed clinician's review: https://t.co/JOYK6HvXOZ
Semaglutide and tirzepatide get lumped together, but they work differently.
Semaglutide activates one hormone receptor: GLP-1. Tirzepatide activates two: GLP-1 and GIP.
Which fits you is a clinician's call. Both by prescription: https://t.co/JOYK6HvXOZ
La tesamorelina está aprobada por la FDA (Egrifta) para un solo uso: reducir el exceso de grasa abdominal en adultos con VIH y lipodistrofia. No está indicada para adelgazar.
Otros usos: fuera de indicación, a criterio del clínico.
https://t.co/xybE7qhmMm
Atención en inglés.
Tesamorelin is FDA-approved (as Egrifta) for one use: reducing excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy. Its label says it isn't for weight loss.
Other uses are off-label, a clinician's call.
Rx only: https://t.co/JOYK6HwvEx
https://t.co/xGTXgJa65D
Atención en inglés.
Why GLP-1 prescribers ask about thyroid history:
Semaglutide and tirzepatide labels carry a boxed warning for thyroid C-cell tumors in rodents, and exclude anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2.
One reason a clinician reviews every case.
NAD+ and glutathione are both on FDA's compounding "Category 1" list: under evaluation, and FDA has said it won't act against pharmacies compounding them while it decides.
Both are available by prescription at https://t.co/JOYK6HvXOZ
Rx only. Your clinician decides.
GHK-Cu is a copper-binding peptide first isolated from human plasma in the 1970s.
Through Aperture, it's available as a compounded topical cream in 2% or 4%, prescribed by a licensed clinician: https://t.co/JOYK6HwvEx
Rx only. Your clinician decides.
If these posts made sense to you, here's how to start:

Sermorelin was once an FDA-approved drug: Geref, discontinued in 2008. In 2013, FDA determined it wasn't withdrawn for safety or effectiveness reasons.
That approval belonged to Geref. Compounded sermorelin today is not FDA-approved.
Rx only. Your clinician decides.
On a GLP-1, not all weight lost is fat.
In tirzepatide's SURMOUNT-1 body-scan substudy, about a quarter was lean mass, the same share as placebo. "Lean" includes water and organs, not just muscle.
Protein and strength training are the usual counterweight. Not medical advice.
That isn't the rule. Under 21 U.S.C. 353a, a bulk substance qualifies if it meets a USP monograph, is part of an approved drug, or is on FDA's 503A bulks list.
FDA's words on that list: for when "the substance is not a component of an FDA-approved drug product."
https://t.co/L3ho58Truu
@cryptopheresis@KevinPomaski Compounded drugs are never FDA-approved prescribing them is legal.
A 503A pharmacy can compound for a named patient if the ingredient is in an approved drug, has a USP monograph, or is on FDA's bulks list.
Whether a prescription qualifies depends on the substance.
Zero “research” happening here. Straight up injecting prescribed BPC-157.
No prayer before the pin. No reading through COAs. No crypto payments. No reconstituting. No “trust me bro.” No guessing on doses.
Is it better than “Research Use Only” products? I mean…
There was a lab rat being injected with RUO BPC and he wasn’t healing as fast as I am now. I checked. 🔬
Ripped my shoulder over a month ago, had that tingly electric feeling. Couldn’t toss my kids in the air or do my hair without pain. The gym? Uff... but hear me out... THIS. BPC. Is. BPCing HARD… it’s happening very fast too.
About $140 shipped (cooler, syringes, pads) with the right discount code. Rivals some of the US lyophilized vials. 🤔
For a guy carrying a lot of figurative weight on my shoulders, this feels like a nice treat, after all the burden has been heavy. You know when you go to the grocery store for a steak, you planned on a choice cut but then look over at the Prime grade ribeye and think, “you know what, I’m going to live it up today.”
@beyondwhoosh you did drop the ball on the cool branding and labels. But I get it… this is prescription, not some ostentatious RUO vial.
N=1. Just some fat dad with a ripped shoulder rebuilding his health. I post these as I go along.
Why semaglutide prescriptions start low:
The FDA-approved label raises the dose every four weeks from 0.25 mg, to reduce stomach side effects. They're reported most often during the increases.
A step that isn't tolerated can wait four more weeks. Your clinician sets the pace.
