Pakistani officials say Washington and Tehran have both responded to a joint Pakistan-Qatar de-escalation proposal and agreed to return to talks. The formula: Iran reopens Hormuz, the US ends its blockade and lifts oil sanctions, a two-week ceasefire, talks in Islamabad or Doha.
