@thesamparr Sam, I really hope you build something like this. I think it would be absolutely amazing and could completely revolutionize family planning for families of all kinds.
@thesamparr Whether you’re making $100k, $40k, $5k, or less, imagine a tool so powerful it transforms any budget into epic goals, unforgettable experiences, and a thriving family. Simple, fun, and built to work for everyone. This isn’t just a planner—it’s a revolution for every household!
"Where’s the Amazon-level AI at? And where’s the quality competitor? Right now, we’ve got:
Temu ← Amazon ← [insert future game-changer].
The space is wide open for someone to build the next powerhouse. Who’s stepping up?"
@NFL for love of all things good! Give me an option to watch every game of my favorite team all regular season. pass+ for playoffs. Somehow i was born a Bills fan in California. You need to give us out of market unfortunates a way to watch our teams
@dougboneparth 40k down on a truck (probably certified used, ain't no way I'm paying 70k for new)
50k home remodel (it's Demo Day!)
And 10k for nice family trip (might up that number if we need more time away for the remodel)
@elonmusk put a nightlight mode on X. Having anxiety attacks pre-bedtime sucks for mental emotional health. No beheading, bomb strikes, hood fights after 9 pm.
Depends a lot on use case/problem you want to solve. My daily go-tos:
As a writer/content creator:
- Claude as an editor. I’ll often throw in all of my writing (newsletter, tweets, etc) and simply prompt it to “make it better”. Only implement a couple of the best tips, not everything.
- Perplexity Pro for research. Go to if I need to research something quickly and don’t have time to Google/read Reddit.
- Gemini for timestamps on videos and finding clippable moments from interviews.
- Heygen + ElevenLabs for creating more content with my likeness (check out my Instagram @rowancheung)
As a business owner:
- Lindy AI to automate simple emails, customer support, back-and-forth negotiation
- Custom GPTs trained on looms, SOPs, internal docs to onboard new employees
- Notion AI to organize thoughts into organized, actionable plans. We also use it to help us create pages for our AI tool database (https://t.co/EzyMGYNFk3)
- Cursor and Replit Agent for building quick basic apps like landing pages
There’s more I use on a more weekly basis but these are my biggest use cases that work for my specific problems
@rowancheung@awilkinson Ya this requires an instant follow. Do you have a channel where you review/talk about how and what you are doing with your AI tools? The only good audio format I know of( I drive a lot) is this week in startups
Closing a land deal can seem complex, but it's simpler when you break it down.
1️⃣ Due Diligence: Research the land.
2️⃣ Secure Financing: Know your budget.
3️⃣ Make an Offer: Present your terms.
4️⃣ Title Search: Ensure clear ownership.
5️⃣ Close the Deal: Sign the paperwork.
@thesamparr Would love a weekly summary email of takeaways: where did they come from, how did they get here, where are they going now, their best advice to futurepreneurs and those that are struggling with their success. Could be a great teaser for the episode while adding value to readers?
