@itsZDavis Agree to disagree I guess. I worked as a server and bartender for years through college and wouldn’t have made nearly as much as I did if I didn’t get tips. It’s a much harder job then working in retail or other similar starter jobs

@itsZDavis You’d just have to do the bare minimum and be just good enough. Some jobs require more of an incentive to be great and go above and beyond. Going to fancy restaurants in Europe for example reflect how not working for tips causes worse service compared to restaurants in the US
