Dear Reebok Customer Support,

I purchased a pair of Reebok shoes from Flipkart on 19 June 2026 for ₹1,200, with an MRP of ₹2,132. Unfortunately, the shoes have started tearing/damaging within just around two months of normal use.

@flipkartsupport A branded Reebok shoe costing ₹2,132 should not get damaged so quickly. This appears to be a manufacturing or quality issue, not a normal return request.

Please escalate this complaint to the concerned team and Reebok brand/seller and arrange a warranty inspection.

@flipkartsupport I am extremely disappointed with the product quality. When a customer spends ₹2,132 MRP on a reputed brand like Reebok, the product is expected to be durable and of good quality. It is not reasonable for the shoes to get damaged within such a short period.
