About the role:
A private US based company is seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a full-time Remote position that will provide key administrative support to our growing organization. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
1Providing general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and managing calendars
2Assisting with data entry, filing, and other clerical duties
3Handling incoming calls and emails, and providing excellent customer service
4Supporting the cross functional teams with project-based work and other ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Description
1. Assist affiliates by answering questions and providing information about the platform.
2. Follow up with affiliates regularly to ensure they stay active.
Support affiliates by sharing selling tips, content ideas, and campaign updates.
3. Monitor affiliate activity and encourage inactive affiliates to become active again.
4. Help resolve affiliate issues and coordinate with the internal team when needed.
5. Maintain and update affiliate records and administrative data.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
2. Final-year students with flexible schedules are welcome to apply.
3. Previous experience as an Admin or Customer Service is a plus.
4. Familiar with WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Sheets, and basic administrative tasks.
5. Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with many people.
6. Detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive.
7. Willing to attend onsite training in Jakarta during the first 2 working days.
