A pitch isn’t built on matchdays. 🌱⚽️

They’re built through the unseen hours, attention to detail, consistency and a relentless commitment to standards.

Every decision matters. Every detail counts.

Preparation creates performance.

Non-league football is becoming far too obsessed with social media and post-match soundbites. I honestly think interviews should be reserved for Step 3 and above. Players don't get paid enough to be thrown under the bus by managers looking to protect their own image

[Hinckley AFC @hinckley_afc]

✍️ Chris Tullin has been busy this week with two new signings and a departure as he looks to develop his own squad. 21-year-old central midfielder George Dimmock joins from Romulus, having reached the step six play-offs last season with Bewdley Town.

[Hinckley AFC @hinckley_afc]

Young attack-minded midfielder Max Kirby signs having spent last season with FA Vase winners AFC Stoneham. He played 14 times as they did the double with the Vase and Wessex Premier title and has just moved to the area for university.

Oh, FFS. Got my Oasis tickets for the Etihad next year and I've just found it's Non-League Day.

What will they do? Move the gig or just make sure City are away? 🙈
