Lots of bullish catalysts lining up for optical companies... we own a few of them but the one that I believe has the most upside over the next 2-3 years is $AAOI.
After this most recent ATM offering, $AAOI has raised approx $1.7B this year to expand their production facilities in Texas... they're adding ~30 football fields of capacity in order to keep up with demand and hit their targets.
In my base case model, I have $AAOI doing $12 of EPS in CY2028, could easily justify at 40x multiple if not higher given the growth rates and margin expansion... in this scenario $AAOI could easily be a $450+ stock in the next 2-3 years.
In my bull case model, I have $AAOI doing $16 of EPS in CY2028, could easily justify a 45x multiple given growth rates and margin expansion... this is how $AAOI becomes a $700+ stock in the next 2-3 years
If the demand is real then it comes down to execution and their ability to bring capacity online... this team still has alot to prove however they're going to be well positioned to capitalize on this generational growth opportunity.
@TheLongInvest And you know 100% the reason why.
That being said the president pardon needs to be abolished. Now its being used to pardon some really terrible ppl if they are willing to bribe administration.
Inflation numbers came out today, and the official story is that inflation went down. What the headline number doesn't tell you is that the government changed how inflation is calculated in the same release. A month ago, they said July inflation was 3.7%. Today, they recalculated July with the new formula and it dropped to 3.36%. If you measure August the same way as the months before it, inflation comes out around 3.8%, which means it went up. They didn't bring inflation down, they just changed how they calculate it.
Bessent did something similar with CPI last month. You only modify the way you calculate if they numbers are that bad. They genuinely thought we wouldn't notice...
$MU’s quarter is pretty bullish for $NBIS, and not because Micron beat earnings.
Look at what’s actually happening underneath the numbers…
Micron just did $54B in revenue and guided to $61.5B next quarter. Data Center revenue jumped 56% QoQ. Gross margins hit 87%.
Customers prepaid $12.7B just to lock in supply!!
Companies aren’t pulling back on AI infrastructure spending. Theyre fighting to secure the components needed to build it.
Micron is basically saying….We can’t make enough AI memory.
Nebius is basically saying…We can’t build enough AI compute.
And in both cases, customers are willing to commit money upfront to secure capacity.
If AI infrastructure demand were about to fall off a cliff, I don’t think you’d be seeing 87% margins, massive prepayments and another 13% sequential revenue guide from one of the most important suppliers into AI data centers.
All good news!
NEVER FORGET
On January 6,
2021, six men dragged this officer down the Capitol steps.
He heard one scream, "I got one!" before the others ripped off his badge, stripped him of his radio, and seized his ammunition that was secured to my body.
They beat him with their fists and what felt like hard metal objects.
He heard chanting from some in the crowd - "Get his gun!" and "Kill him with his own gun!"
This officer suffered a heart attack and a traumatic brain injury.
Trump pardoned those six men.
BREAKING: 🇺🇸 An investigative journalist has just exposed another Trump crime family SCAM
Donald Trump’s executive order to change “AI” (Artificial Intelligence) into “SI” (Super Intelligence) was a CRIMINAL SCAM to enrich himself and his Epstein class friends.
They pocketed HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of dollars by buying up and creating tens of thousands of .si web domains in the weeks BEFORE the announcement.
Trump used his power as president to force the government and pressure businesses to change their terminology to make him money.
This is a CRIME.
Everything this scumbag does is a rotten scam. This is the most overtly corrupt presidency in history.

🚨 $NBIS is reportedly eyeing another acquisition.
Calcalist, Israel’s leading financial newspaper, reports that Nebius is exploring the acquisition of an Israeli company in a deal valued at $100M-$150M.
No other details were disclosed.
Since the Iran War started late Feb of this year, Trump has said at least 50 times (give or take a couple) that there is a deal.
Taco meat getting cold man.
Anyone who watches this and says no DPI - you’re either a Rams homer or I seriously question your judgement. It’s an easy DPI call ever time. Push, hold, bigger push.
@IGN You should go back to scoring that includes tenths. You’re handing out 10s like can’t when many of these would be 9.5-9.9 in the old scoring system. It was a terrible decision in the first place.
The economy is not broken, it’s just not built for us.
The strongest middle class we have ever had (1950-1980) is when the top earners were being taxed 70%+.
Then Reagan cut the taxes for the 1% to 28%. He attacked unions and gave manufacturers the green light to send our jobs overseas.
We have never recovered from this.
Joe Biden went to the Supreme Court to get usury student debt relieved.
Donald Trump went to the Supreme Court to restrict voting rights.
Both sides are not the same.
🚨 BREAKING:
One hour after announcing his resignation, U.S. Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Randy George reportedly said:
"Donald Trump should be hospitalized immediately; I doubt his mental fitness. He is leading the U.S. military toward disaster."
BREAKING: The Trump administration has quietly added 37 troops to the Iran war casualty count this week without explanation, 29 Navy sailors and 8 Marines, bringing the total to 880 wounded or dead, per WaPo.
More than half the casualties are now logged under "Overseas Operations" rather than Operation Epic Fury, a reclassification the administration made after the July ceasefire collapsed, with Trump and senior officials claiming since then that the conflict is not a war and Vance saying on September 3 that "right now, there is no active shooting."
It comes a week after as many as five US military deaths are still missing from the same database, a discrepancy that remains unresolved.
