Advantage over multi-sig:
Each node owns a "share" of the privkey - no centralised pt of failure as in multisig.

Signing txn:
Each node to produces a valid sig, requiring 2/3 consensus

currently on each churn, it pulls 5 nodes in while retiring existing 3 nodes (lowest/oldest bond, most slash points).
