Since midnight, we’ve responded to 3 carbon monoxide calls in homes due to high winds blowing snow and blocking exterior vents. One home recorded carbon monoxide readings of over 200 parts per million (PPM).
Please check your vents and clear snow if needed.

Most parents don’t work 9-3 and may end up scrambling to pick up their kids after school.
We’ve introduced legislation that, if passed, would allow school districts to offer seamless child care before and after school, on school grounds.
If you want everyone back to the office, you also need to ensure adequate supports are in place, transit, childcare spaces, more EDP spaces etc. The system isn't set up properly anymore. I can't drop my kid off at 815 for school, get to the office, and back for 3 pm pick up.
The Ford government is requiring public servants to return to the office full time. Studies find working from home leads to increased productivity & reduced costs. Premier Ford says he believes "Everyone is more productive when they are at work" Do you agree with this move?

Today, I was proud to announce a new Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Alberta, Fertilizer Canada and Alberta Grains to promote 4R Nutrient Stewardship — using the right source, right rate, right time, and right place for fertilizer use.
This partnership supports our farmers, protects our environment, and showcases Alberta’s leadership in sustainable agriculture.
The Stampede isn’t just about fun (though there’s plenty of that too!) — it’s where real progress happens for Alberta’s ag sector.
