finally talked to a nice @British_Airways person. we called again. no support from twitter team. still: they can’t do anything. no rebook. no further help. we are on our own. we can’t go, still need to pay for hotel at destination and planned events. just ruined trip.

Worst thing: there was no one to give any information. Could we have booked an alternative flight with other carrier and be fully reimbursed after? We got conflicting info on that. I wasn’t gonna pay 600+€ for last minute flight without knowing to get it back. @British_Airways

they say issue is fixed now. but still no flights today or tomorrow. at least offer people a way to get to their destination. id rather be half a day late than not be able to go at all. @British_Airways after all that i just wanna back out of the whole trip. no option,no one pays

Finanzamt Stuttgart schickt Mahnung weil sie den Lastschrifteinzug nicht rechtzeitig bearbeitet haben. Ich überweise ohne Mahngebühr. Jetzt ziehen sie die Mahngebühr per Lastschrift nach. Die es nie gegeben hätte, wegen des Lastschrifteinzugs.
