@tesladrianne Surprisingly their medium kn95 fit me much better than the large. Normally I'm a large or bigger.

Wish they had better ear straps but love the easier breathing and nice pouch in front to protect from moisture.

@carolkav81 Don't let this concern you. I'll soon get my 15th booster with no ill effects. I always mask indoors, even when dining out. Haven't tested positive yet.

We are in the final stage of capitalism where global capital can’t expand or sustain past profits. It now consumes public institutions and key systems, sacrificing democracy, welfare, infrastructure, education, healthcare, and ecosystems for short-term gain.

Joe Burrow talks about growing up in a racist and hateful white neighborhood in Ohio and how that changed him forever.

No white QBs talk about racism like him because they benefit from it. Shoutout to Joe Cool for speaking about it openly! 🔥

@nazzobetweeting @CRX30iA That falls under the category of 'too bad' for the person wanting to switch seats.

Promotion / Relegation soccer is finally coming to America

Starting January of next year, the USL will start its first season with a pyramid structure between its 3 leagues, USL Premier (Division One), USL Championship (Division Two), and USL League One (Division Three), allowing the best performing teams to move their way up in place of teams that finish at the bottom of the league above them

Exciting, no doubt about it. A lot of risk being taken here by those involved, but it should be interesting at the very least to see how the stakes at hand impact the product on the field and the excitement level of each match

That toxic combination of Covid and EBV. Another athlete, another life, devastated. Not even touted as a mystery this time. Will people try harder to reduce Covid risk because of this front page article which did actually mention Covid? https://t.co/v2RTyemB6n

Happy 80th birthday to Justin Hayward, the voice and guitar of The Moody Blues. He wrote “Nights in White Satin” at just 19, then gave us “Tuesday Afternoon,” “Question” and decades of unforgettable music.

[NFL Rumors @nflrums]

Hall of Fame HC Bill Parcells has reportedly provided approximately $4 million in financial assistance to 20 former NFL players who experienced financial difficulties after their playing careers, according to sportswriter Gary Myers.

Myers revealed that Parcells provided the money as loans but had no expectation of being repaid:

"Over the years, Parcells had loaned out a total of four million dollars to 20 of his former players who have come to him, I won't say destitute, but certainly having financial hardship."

"And Bill sat down and wrote checks for about four million dollars, which to me is completely unprecedented in sports. I've never heard of anything like that. And I said, 'Bill, why would you do something like that? Why do you feel obligated?' And he explained to me that he set aside all the money he needs for, hopefully, another 30 years of his life."
