They don't know how to speak with children of old lady and work out a solution.

I faced an incident today @kolkata airport gate 4. If you would have deployed competent security staff having little common sense, fiasco could have been avoided. You BAN unruly passengers, what you do about unruly and incompetent security staff? I raised the matter to Airport Manager and she was also inclined to cover up the FIASCO. All this is BAD for security. If you care to know details give me the email id of Airport Director and Airport Security in charge. I will find time to give you detailed feedback.

There is some serious process errors in student visa process handled by VFS.
Business operated by VFS is private entity and have no rights to mistreat visa applicants, overcharge, harrass and misguide its customers.
