@NavyFederal My fiancé has been a loyal customer of Navy Federal for 42 years. We unfortunately had to go to Pinnacle Bank for a mortgage because it was such a struggle working with your loan department. He says sadly customer service isn’t what it used to be.
@StarbucksCare Your Annapolis/ Edgewater location is absolutely criminal, taking app orders, then locking the doors where people can see their orders but cannot get to them. So many terrible experiences. Pls change management at that location.

@HiltonHotels How do I give one of your employees praise so that management knows? I had the worst experience yesterday with another employee yesterday who lied to me telling me my reservation was cancelled & they tell me today there is no record of it. It’s been a very difficult week here in Nashville with power being out & no heat or water for 5 days. I hated to cancel my plans but all the pipes in my shelter broke:(
Update On “Milly”
(Sorry the audio is so quiet, there was a other emergency going on in the clinic & wanted to be respectful)
I rescued Milly on Tuesday & the first 24 hours were touch and go. Honestly we were not sure she was going to make it. When I picked her up from animal control, her body was shutting down & cold.
The level of emaciation was taking its toll.
As always I had to take a chance, have faith & do the best we could for her. Thankfully being in rescue over two decades, I’ve been Blessed with amazing doctors I trust & others all over the world I can call to brain storm with on treatment.
On the second day of treatment, her eyes went from checking out & lifeless, to life stirring again.
She looked at me and as I told her to fight, she blinked and tried to stand, but just couldn’t.
Today, we are turning a corner & fingers crossed the beginning of her come back story.
