@barneyronay Pablos arm is across Raya because he’s trying to jump and he’s being pulled down by both Gabriel and Trossard so he needs the leverage. They are fouling Pablo first. That’s before we get to Havertz and Rice wrestling Soucek and Mavropanos to the ground. Shockingly bad decision
@danielstorey85 But isn’t it same as when a foul is committed in the area then attacking team goes on to score anyway and ref allows goal, not bringing it back for the pen. Why doesn’t same logic apply here?
@danielstorey85 Agree. Easy for the 'careful what you wish for' merchants to point out 9th in Moyes' final season, but we were so poor after xmas. I loved him as our manager but also believe were he in charge now, we'd be in similar mess
In 1999 Toyota New Zealand aired a Hilux campaign showing a farmer reacting to mishaps with the word "Bugger." The Advertising Standards Authority initially banned the commercial due to profanity complaints. The decision was later overturned on appeal after the public argued the term was standard local vernacular.
@HLTCO fair points but still lets the owners off the hook too much. Tourism affects loads of the big grounds - Anfield a prime example, but don't see their fans complaining much. It's all the other stuff - just let down repeatedly over 15 years by our owners
@DAaronovitch The Times one was hilarious. Basically she’s going out with a bloke whose employer is relocating him to Dubai. That’s it. Literally end of story
@LBC@Miss_Snuffy just because something works in Wembley doesn’t mean it’ll work across the country. That’s what the conservatives and @Miss_Snuffy fail to understand
@Dannythefink It’s baffling he answered the question directly. He just needed to bat it away until the budget. The minute he attempts a definition he’s all at sea. It’s full of holes and Beth Rigby knows it
