@SwiftLizard Ich hatte mal im Steakhaus hier in der Nähe ⁴ verschiene Stück Filet (Irish Hereford, amerikanisch, argentinisch und wagyu). Zum Schluss haben wir noch ein Stück Irish Hereford als DryAge probiert, war mit weeeeitem Abstand mein Favorit vom Geschmack.
