This experience has cost me money, time, opportunities and peace of mind. An airline that cannot manage luggage or communicate with passengers properly needs to do better.

As I prepared to leave for Lagos on the 14th February, I asked a simple question. Where is my luggage? If it eventually arrives in Warri, who takes responsibility for getting it to me in Lagos?

I called customer service twice. Instead of empathy or professionalism, I was met with attitude and zero concern. No official email. No apology. No clear update on where my luggage is. No solution offered.

13th of February and my luggage is still missing. The reason I travelled to Delta State has been completely defeated. Work items for my staff,My clothes, shoes, personal items, everything I needed for a paid

On arrival in Osubi, we were told our luggage would come with the next flight. We waited. Nothing came.We were asked to drop our phone numbers and assured that by 2pm

Instead, it was delayed and we eventually took off around 9:18am.

Before departure, all passengers were called to the desk and informed that our luggage would not travel with us due to what they described as a baggage system issue…
