I will generally follow gamers back. I may turn off your retweets if they flood my feed. If your timeline contains a lot of politics or NSFW stuff, I will not follow you back. This is my gaming account where I go to have fun.
Armour in #7DTD is broken.
Why can I make a high level "need" outfit not having invested a single point into intellect.
Every armor set should have an assigned basic Skill and the max level should be governed by that skill. I.e. max lvl 1 nerd outfit w/o points in intellect
@Cohnhead76 The issue is that they nerfed them to the point of being useless. The best T6 completion reward I was offered was a legendary mg crafting bundle with 6 mg parts and one legendary part. Pointless. And you only get this once per playthrough as traders now share quest tier.
My conclusion on #7dtd 1.0:
Utterly pointless, badly balanced and unrewarding gameplay.
Armor system makes the game extremely easy. Some armor pieces are stupidly overpowered.
The learning system can be gamed easily.
There is no incentive doing quests.
I may actually walk away.
@TransIrishIdiot My daughter's reaction was: 4 Slots? Like Minecraft?
Can't put dyes in clothing and the "outfit" and headgear dominate the look (gloves/shoes don't matter)
And they went way over the top with the buffs you get.
New POI in #7dtd "Blue ridge installation" has the best use of a triggered event I've ever seen.
(Unfortunately, it has another trigger that spawns stuff behind you which is just stupid).
@JonahBirch7days Zombie skins like, making zombie skins pointless by making the zombies Grey dislike.
Challenge system like, weird redeem mechanic with extra clicks dislike
Nerf of trader rewards went too far (there's a sweet spot in between A21 and now).
Armor system dislike
So with the bugs fixed and maybe some balance tweaking (how good is the primitive armor against cold and heat?) what do I think overall?
The game is still miles away from what it could be. I hope overhaul mods will continue to do justice to the game's potential.
I have been testing #7DTD 1.0 yesterday and well, how to put this politely, it seems like the game is going around in circles. A lot of changes, many of which are countered by other changes, so that in total devs might as well have left all things like they were....
Current version is still buggy with some bugs ocurring reproduceably within the first 15 min of gameplay. This can be worked out but I really wonder why nobody noticed.
