@oie_moi So I hit up Ask Lyft and the employee told me to file a complaint even though they saw the damn video. Since you know more details, will you do it for everyone? Thanks for everything you do for our community!!๐ฅฐ
@illegal_petes , not really sure why your employees treat customers with disrespectful and unappreciative attitudes, but it's definitely a noticeable trend across Denver locations. Start surveying your customers, because the food isn't worth shitty employee attitudes.
@AskLyft , please admit that you failed to acknowledge how the scooters would negativity affect the drivers in Denver. Please explain why drivers continue to be recruited when the ones you already have continue to lose business. #lyfthatesdrivers#transparency#accountability
@Lyft,
How do you recruit so many Denver drivers when (1) you know this is the reality you're subjecting them to, and that (2) in doing so, you're making it even worse for current drivers? What's being done to increase market share at the same rate? Certainly not ride quality. ๐
@DignityDriver @HeadGrenades Lemme guess. You're one of those passengers that cries about having to walk to the end of the block because your driver refused to create a hazardous double-parking situation on a busy street in the interest of your safety. Ridiculous.
Awe! You know what would've been a real holiday treat? FAIR TREATMENT OF YOUR DRIVERS! - Now, which of you is responsible for the irresponsibly overinflated driver population in Denver @AskLyft & @lyft ?? We want answers, and we deserve your remarks on this.
@KoffeeBrown22 @Love_In_Loveout @RideSafeWorld@AskLyft Drivers eliminate themselves out of frustration, when #Lyft COULD get rid of <4.8โญ drivers to reinforce better service, and build stronger, more loyal bases. Unfortunately, Lyft favors shorter pickup over quality srvc. Ask ANY passenger which THEY would prefer. I dare u, @lyft
4 rides in 6hrs for $28 after Lyft's cut. Wondering what @AskLyft is doing about the inundation of drivers and unfair surge costs in Denver. 3 yrs as a 5-star driver and the last several months have been excruciating. WHAT IS HAPPENING?!?! #Lyft#loyaltymeansnothing
@Siddhalee@AskLyft Simple: Iresponsible Denver driver recruitment & it being disproportionate to any gains in rider market share. The concept of customer base growth/retention by offering a consistently lower price (sans unnec. surge) and trimming the fat of their drivers is completely lost on them
It's simple: Lyft has been irresponsible with their driver recruitment & it being disproportionate to any gains in rider market share. The concept of customer base growth by offering a consistently lower price and trimming the fat of their drivers is completely lost on them.
