@nytimes Who are these people surveyed in poorer countries? Poorer countries often have starker inequality. Did the survey make sure it represented everyone? Was it translated in local languages? What was the method of survey administration?
People do NOT use @koodo or @TELUS. They will happily take your money and refuse to help when problem arises. Worse, they will imply that the problem is you, not them. And deny your lived experiences. It's humiliating!

Everyone with a @koodo network who visits me faces the exact SAME issue. It's most definitely a #network problem and NOT my phone or SIM issue. Cause the connection works fine when I drive somewhere else. But your awful #customersupport did not even bother listening.
At my area @koodo network does NOT work. I had a call back scheduled today. First you put me on hold and then hung up on me. Stay away from #koodoomobile you'll!
