BREAKING: China directly rejects Trump's latest Truth Social claim that Xi told him China would not sell weapons to Iran under any circumstances, saying "as a comprehensive strategic partner, China strongly supports Iran in safeguarding its sovereignty, security, and national dignity."

On his first day back in office, Trump rescinded Biden's ethics pledge banning executive branch appointees from lobbying their former agencies for 2 years.
Now multiple ex-Trump officials are lobbying their former offices on behalf of Big Oil, crypto, and private equity.

Department of Energy announced yesterday that wind sometimes fails to blow and that solar power generation nearly stops after sundown.
IF ONLY HUMANS COULD DEVELOP TECHNOLOGY THAT COULD STORE ENERGY AFTER SUNDOWN.
Meanwhile you have an orange buffoon in the USA who convinced a bunch of stupid people that solar doesn't work and windmills cause cancer...
You can't have nice things because you're stupid.

Florida's housing downturn is entering a new stage: severe mortgage distress.
It now ranks #1 in the U.S. for foreclosures.
And we're starting to see listings like this, where the homeowner is trying to sell for $130,000 less than they paid in 2022.
That's a 40% loss in just four years.
Many people who bought near Florida's housing peak in 2022-23 are now running into financial trouble.
But what's remarkable is that mortgage distress is still nowhere near 2008-09 levels. Yet we're already seeing individual homes lose 40% of their value.
If this trend continues, today's discounts may only be the beginning.

By comparison, this metric peaked at ~5.0% during the 2008 Financial Crisis and ~6.0% during the 2020 pandemic.

China is leading the global nuclear race:
China now has 39 nuclear reactors under construction, more than the next 12 countries combined.
This is followed by India and Russia, at 8 and 7, respectively, less than half of China's total combined.
China also has a much younger pipeline of nuclear projects, with reactors currently under construction averaging just ~2.8 years since work began.
By comparison, the global average stands at ~5.8 years, inflated by long-delayed projects, such as India's 22-year construction timeline and Brazil's 16-year timeline.
Meanwhile, the US currently has no large commercial nuclear reactors under construction.
China is building the world's largest pipeline of nuclear reactors.
BREAKING: Trump announces the US will hit Iran's Pickaxe Mountain nuclear facility "pretty soon very heavily," adding "there's nothing they can do about it," indicating he will use nuclear earth-penetrating bunker busters, as these are the only weapons that can properly destroy pure granite mountain fortifications at depth of up to 145 meters.
