Corn for sweetness, rye for pepperiness, barley for nuttiness. Our custom mash bill is used to make our whiskey, gin and vodka. This, in part, is where the unique flavor and smoothness of our spirits comes from. Cheers!

Today we barreled some Rye Whiskey. It starts so beautifully clear that you can see straight through to the charred bottom of the barrel. A two year old batch will be released later this year! Stay tuned!
