Stop accusing them of stealing your money.
You need some sort of authorization to complete a transaction, be it pre or post authorization.

So @flypassionair decided to cancel my flight from Accra to Tamale after delaying the flight for 3+ hours, leaving passengers frustrated and stranded. As if that’s not enough, they told us the next available flight is Thursday. They don’t even care. Tuesday to Thursday? How?
The team at @AbsaGhana has resolved my issue. To encourage early payers like myself they’ll have to speed up these confirmations, possibly within 24hrs. The frustration I went through made it feel like I’m being punished for doing the right thing.
