Child (5y) without berth on Train 16235(PNR: 4119899871) was charged ₹1300.Actual fare+penalty should be ₹762. No goods carried,yet ₹60 freight added.
Overcharged by ₹538. Train delayed by 5 hrs but no accountability #IndianRailways
