@HopelessAbyss1@lordsutch@NCAA_PR@SchlossmanGF I’m glad you brought that up. This will change also at all public institutions. Thank you for bringing up the ridiculousness of us not seeing where our dollars are going to as taxpayers.
@jbro85@HopelessAbyss1@lordsutch@NCAA_PR@SchlossmanGF No, I will never realize that after this year. Because they are not. Just bookmark this and you will see in the next few months. They will be ruled employees and therefore we’ll pay employer and employee taxes. Just as they should.
@HopelessAbyss1@lordsutch@NCAA_PR@SchlossmanGF No, you seriously have no idea. You should probably have one of the athletes to know what you’re talking about First. Just bookmark this text run and you will see that they will all be paying employee and employee or taxes in the very near future. they are employee employees.
@thereal_adam@fmcmeen@NCAA_PR@SchlossmanGF Everything has changed. Revenue sharing will change at all. You just don’t want to admit it. That’s OK mark this and you will see I am
@thereal_adam@fmcmeen@NCAA_PR@SchlossmanGF No, I use the essentially word in the wrong sentence. They are employees as soon as revenue share came in. They will need to play employer taxes, and employee taxes. This is a simple as the definition in the IRS code.
@HopelessAbyss1@lordsutch@NCAA_PR@SchlossmanGF I’m sorry to disappoint you, but you are the one that needs to keep up with the rules. Revenue sharing has completely changed the ball game. The schools are now paying athletes to entice them to come to their school. They are employees you should keep up.
@jturnerdds@_theycallmetrey@fmcmeen@NCAA_PR@SchlossmanGF You go ahead and bookmark this and then you can apologize to me when the case is settled and they all become employees. I’ve been through this. I guarantee you they will be employees when this is all done in the next six months.
@YoDeFoe@jturnerdds@_theycallmetrey@fmcmeen@NCAA_PR@SchlossmanGF If you have been following this all the way through, you will notice that the courts have ruled. They are employees now that the schools are paying them. Both the school and the athlete need to be paying employment taxes and they are employees. Very simple.
@HopelessAbyss1@lordsutch@NCAA_PR@SchlossmanGF The schools do. lol. They are part of the ncaa. So you are going after semantics I am telling you exactly what’s going on. The schools now have revenue share and they pay the athletes. Therefore they are employees and need to be paying employee and employer taxes.
@TrpstrLeonOG The burden is exactly the same. Sounds like you need a math class. And guess what, the benefits are exactly the same also. Get out what you pay in. Nothing more nothing less you are a complete idiot.
@lordsutch@NCAA_PR@SchlossmanGF The pro sports have antitrust protections. The NCAA currently does not. Therefore, they are age discriminating, and they are also employers not paying their proper Social Security and Medicare taxes.
@_theycallmetrey@fmcmeen@NCAA_PR@SchlossmanGF Plus by all rights they need to be paying Social Security and Medicare tax on this employment income, and the college needs to be paying their share of it.
