@ralph_snowflake @Fairwinds10 @Oregonian There aren't enough treatment beds in Oregon. Also, this measure does not require people to be treated, so that's not true. This was very poorly written, they never should have removed money from treatment centers.

@ralph_snowflake @Fairwinds10 @Oregonian Just so you're aware, the money does not go to treatment facilities. Money is being removed from treatment (and schools) and goes toward assessment facilities. I support decriminalization of drugs, but this measure was manipulative.
