my luggage cover was lost and i noticed that both right and left number locks on my luggage were no longer at 000, which meant your staff took my luggage cover and tried to open my baggage! @CebuPacificAir

@CebuPacificAir A part of my luggage was missing when I retrieved my baggage from the carousel. I reported it immediately to the Cebu Pacific ground staff at the airport, but they told me to just report it online. But when I try to report online, your system is rejecting me!
