Welp, apparently @Apple has just given up on the Apple Music app in MacOS Ventura.
The number of things that just abruptly don’t work any more *immediately* after upgrading (songs randomly skipping in the middle, “Show in iTunes Store”…just doesn’t) is truly astonishing.
Is there any reason other than collosally stupid stubbornness that the Apple Pencil can’t pair with, say, an iPhone Pro Max?
I mean, the phone is far more powerful than my iPad mini.
And, you know, probably all supercomputers from when the Apple Pencil came out…
I know this is supposed to be an apple critique account, but at least with their app I can download something for later and, you know, occasionally actually watch it.
PSA: if you are not competent to write a streaming app that actually works (@hbomax@paramountplus), can you please just use Apple’s app for the love of all that is holy?!
@caseapps Hi - I am curious if the Tags app is still supported? I've come across a few issues in Catalina, and it looks like it hasn't been updated in a while. (If it is not, would you ever consider open sourcing it, or something like that?) Thanks and be well.
JFC Apple - how is it that in order to change my preferred mail client I have to SET UP A MAIL ACCOUNT in Apple Mail to enable preferences?
How does anyone think this is an acceptable user experience?
Dear @apple - here is my usage pattern for Apple News Notifications:
1. Click on an article that interests me.
2. Start reading it.
3. Accidentally go to the home screen with easy way to get back to what I was reading.
…seems bad?
