@jgmcpherson@Karina_inCRE They are absolutely ruthless on renewals, they’ll lie about their intent to close a store, to secure a favorable renewal for them. Gross tactic meant to get one over on inexperienced landlords. Not an uncommon tactic though.
@jgmcpherson Really just depends on demand. If it’s been listed for a while and you think this could be your best shot, go for it. TI & LL work seem about right broadly speaking. Hard to say without being intimately familiar with the property. I’d say go with your gut
