@AmazonHelp and second is on 4th Jan which have sme reply, everytime I sent an email for update i got same mail from them with same message and different name.its been more than 17 days with this same behaviour.

@AmazonHelp yes there was a link given to me on 17th december, i have given all details to them still I am not getting any resolution as they are just sending computer generated replies.see 2 screenshots,1st ine is of 17th which states I am personally following up and you will get resolution

I have raised concern on facebook but no resolution even after 20 days after they said we have escalated to respective team.

I am calling customer care and they are just fooling me around that you will get resolution in 24 hrs but nothing is happening.
Please find the screenshot of mail and claiming prize .
Please do the needful and you customer service desk is not doing their job properly.
