Not only was Logan Paul's "PSA 10" Illustrator used to scam investors and users on Liquid Marketplace, it also shouldn't be a 10. It was graded a 9 several times previous to a slip up. It cost single digit dollars back then to regrade and PSA didn't care about Pokemon at that time.
