A BMW was parked in a no parking zone.

Right in front of my eyes, a traffic police officer arrived on a bike, asked 3 to 4 people around the car if it belonged to them, and everyone said no.

He then wheel locked the car, clicked a photo, and left.

I used to think the police only targeted smaller vehicles, but I was completely wrong until I saw this.
