Does anyone here have Anaemia of Chronic Disease with reticulocytes low and the following completely ruled out: iron deficiency, vit b12 and folate inadequacy.

@angryhacademic My EPO is normal. From what Ive read the solution is iron infusions anyway. Although my doctor had mentioned if normal epo ,bone marrow studies warranted. What's the point of going through all that with someone of my severity?

@SarahBarx035 My iron studies - iron, ferritin were normal. Only TIBC was low.
I was also asked to do a reticulocyte panel .
I guess your iron must have been low?
