@mhcalories Id mark it as 220ish? max prolly thats fair chicken looks around 40g which is 60 cal then 3 baby potatoes are like 70 ish then the last 60 cals for the salad feta cheese and any sauce or dressing Ik thats 210 in total but idk if oil was used or mayo or stuff

@junocalzz hi this is kinda unrelated but if it helps in any way I was in 80's like last year and now im 65kg, is fat chud me can do it u can too^^ i still have 20kg to go but.. GULPS lets hope i actually reach that someday
