@JeffreeStar I’ve tried customer service 4 times. My shipment from the blue blood launch only arrived with some items. I am missing my light blue bag. And I am just trying to figure out what is going on! I’m going on a trip soon, and was hoping to have it before that :(

@760_815 @JeffreeStar @Steph309 They gave me a partial refund of $30 for the inconvenience. I haven’t heard directly from them. Just check your spam folders. I’ve seen they’ve sent mass emails to everyone. The break in had held up shipment. So I understand for both sides. sucks still! Haha
