@MilesDilworth Imagine if you only 25% of a flat because you couldn’t afford to buy 100% and you still have to pay the same amount as though you owned WHOLE PROPERTY! Even though you pay rent to a Housing association for the other 75% 😔 Costs could be more then the share I own!
