@clhubes I think it’s tough to throw a no-gift party for littles especially. When we’ve held parties we have noted that ‘gifts are not expected.’ We don’t open gifts we do receive at the party and not all at once, spreading them out and sometimes in return for donating older things.

Hadn’t seen what the interior of the sub looked like before this. Hoo lord. Of all of the (many!) things that could have gone wrong with this thing, it is pretty amazing that the failure was due to the lack of respect for water pressure.

@MattWalshBlog Last add: We’ve had high-anxiety bigger breeds (GSDs, Aussies). Did a lot of pro training with one AS bc of fear-based aggression towards other dogs on walks. Biggest takeaway: you can’t give dogs opportunity to fail bc they will. Training is as much for owners as their dogs.

@MattWalshBlog “Pit bull” also isn’t a breed. Any mixed breed dog that looks a certain way is basically coined a pit. There are also a kazillion of them and shelters unfortunately are usually overflowing with pit-looking dogs.
