A recap on the $ZKP launch:

This launch came with noise, pressure, and lessons. We want to share a brief recap of what happened, what we heard, and how we’re thinking about what comes next.

1/ On airdrop routing:
The routing contract executed over 150K transactions within a few hours, which contributed to temporary congestion on Ethereum and caused some delays. The original goal was to make claiming simpler and allow even small allocations to be delivered without users paying gas. The execution was not perfect. We’re sorry for the friction and truly appreciate everyone’s patience.

2/ On airdrop eligibility and allocation:
Every team wants to deliver well and make everyone happy. Honestly, under current market conditions, it’s extremely difficult to make over 150K addresses all feel prioritized or satisfied with the outcome. Because our community is largely organic, the feedback and frustration are real as well. We hear it, we respect it. The genesis airdrop is not a one-off event, but the start of a longer journey, and we hope to do better over time to live up to the community’s expectations.

3/ On market performance:
Volatility is real, especially around a launch, and we understand it affects real people. While we do not manage or control short-term price movements, the team has not sold tokens, and all relevant allocations and movements are fully on-chain and publicly verifiable. Throughout the launch, the Binance team also had visibility into on-chain activity and maintained close coordination and transparent communication with us. We welcome anyone to verify the data and form their own conclusions.

It’s also worth noting that early market prices are primarily driven by short-term liquidity and price discovery, and are influenced by broader market conditions and economic cycles. They should not be conflated with a project’s long-term trajectory. We are confident that continued execution, expanding access, and real usage will be reflected more accurately over time.

4/ What’s next:
- Expanding $ZKP access across more global exchanges to improve accessibility and market participation
- Continuing to drive broader adoption and at-scale use of zkTLS, translating the technology into real-world applications and measurable utility
- Evolving incentive mechanisms to better recognize and reward meaningful contribution over time

Launch was about initial distribution and access. The next phase is about execution and proof. Thank you for being here and for holding us to a high standard.
