@Seanie_e_ @stepfanie Wrong. A caloric deficit has never worked long-term. No one can continuously utilize MORE energy than they consume. Your body would fall apart. It's simple logic. If you truly want to solve obesity, get truly educated.

@RachealKing @EricLDaugh How does it make no sense? I pay rent all the time. If I have to choose a bill not to pay, it will be a credit card, not rent. That will tank my score, but I'm still good at paying my housing costs. Debt has little to do with actual ability to pay for housing costs.

@stepfanie Wrong. Caloric deficit works for a short period of time, but if there are metabolic and hormonal issues, caloric deficit is much more inefficient AND it contributes to inflated rebound weight gain EVEN WHEN EATING HEALTHY, ESPECIALLY in women. It's really not hard to research.

@AdamShort143 Meanwhile, traditional evangelical churches are shrinking as well because of a hyperfocus on religious-based works. It's a crisis of church identifying in some kind of works or performance with zero depth of authentic relationship with Jesus, discipleship, and loving each other.
