@amazon As an amazon employee I am disheartened by your desire to take care of customers but not your employees. Every amazon has different pay and benefits but all do the same job. Like California for example they get 120 flexible pto hours year round with roll over ability not oregon
@amazon Please tell me why you felt it was necessary to cut the fun budget to the point where our site has to choose swag items or feeding us. You make approximately $81,840,183 in revenue every single hour and now sites aren't allowed to show employee appreciation
@amazon if your standard was all year flexible PTO, Front-loaded standard PTO based in tenure. You would have lower turn over rates, higher employee retention & satisfaction. Just saying be the change
@amazon@Rivian My daughter drives one of those and the AC is the absolute worst. Unless your in the drivers seat you can't feel the AC anywhere else especially the back. Yall are literally cooking drivers with the dark blue heat absorbing color.
@amazon can you imagine becoming the most saught after place to be employed? Imagine what that would mean for you... if you changed the industry employee standards by ensuring all employees are fully cared for with a PTO benefit package that keeps people never wanting to leave?
@amazon You're 10hr shift workers want 96hrs flexible PTO earned all year long not 48 in the forst 6 months. And all standard PTO at the beginning of the year not earned weekly. This way workers can use flexible when they are exhausted and Standard to actually use for vacations.
@amazon So instead of taking better care of your current employees who cant afford food because they are so exhausted with no pto and low upt. Your gonna spend money on new people. I guess we are disposable
@JeffBezos Hey bezos how about some thanks to all your hard working associates in your warehouses who can't afford groceries!! Or do we not matter anymore ?
"No one should put this many hours into work. This is not good. People should not work this hard... This is very painful. It hurts my brain and my heart"

@elonmusk Dont know if you read the comments, since you usually have several thousand. That being said, thanks for being on earth and for your brilliant mind.
