@Virendr40415650 @royalenfield Same thing here, jbtk battery warranty me thi bolte rhe battery theek hai, jaise hi battery out of warranty hui, “sir battery khrab hai”. Even though i bought a new battery the battery drain problem is still there after more than 2 years

Here we are after one year, the problem stays the same. In march, the service center changed the starter motor but it didnt change anything. Since then I have mailed and called multiple times, but the service center told me they got no response from your engineers.

@royalenfield Facing the problem in my GT 650 since Jan, 24 after multiple visits & payments, there is no resolution. Bijnor centre told me they don't know what the problem is & the company is not providing any help either. Mail on 1 july, no callback. I think no one cares.

On 2nd july support agent connected with service area manager and agent told me he will revert back with the next steps. No response after that. Today I visited service center, manager told me he got no reply on the escalations (march & june) from the company engineers

Every month I drop a mail, service manager calls and says “I will revert after consulting with the company engineers”, then no response. I called on 24th june, support agent connected with center, he told them same thing.
