@erikkain@Forbes Ciri's runaway scene was also a big uh-oh for me. I went back to rewatch it because I thought I had missed something. After reading your article, it confirmed my suspicions. Hopefully, volume 2 picks up the slack.
@erikkain@Forbes As someone whose never read or played a minute of the Witcher, I enjoyed S1 & 2 for what it was. I was delighted about S3's summer release. However after watching episode 4-5, I wonder if the show was rushed. I actually skimmed thru episode 5 which felt like a filler episode.
@JonAcuff This exact thing happen to me. I had a rented Tesla for 2 weeks bc Hertz ran out of cars. It was semi-stressful and I had to use Youtube & the pressing buttons method bc no one I knew had experience w/ Teslas. I also have my own horror stories. I was relieved to get my car back.
Love summer. I got time to binge random reality shows like Siren Island, showcasing Korean female professionals in Survivor esque competition. Would love to see an American version of this.
Catching up on Atlanta and the show is definitely for me. Season 3's dark humor, allusions, and interweaving of story with the past, present, future of black people is amazing to watch.
Sweet Tooth might be one of the only COVID season shows that I've stuck with. Season 2 was just as fun and interesting as S1. I hope Netflix doesn't cancel it.
@erikkain I didn't realize the show was still on. I haven't watched since I heard she was leaving. Out of curiosity I previewed the new season trailer and I had to laugh when I saw Morgan was on the walkie talkie doing the same inspirational speech of the day. Some things never change.
All in all, besides the perk of being a social status marker, I would never own a Tesla. Trying to figure out how to navigate the rental has been a time suck. And I just lost the stupid key card. Can't wait to get back to my up Toyota. I am here for techy cars if they drive me.
I wish I could say I've been taking a social media break, but no...I've been spending an exorbitant amount of time on my other account tweeting about women's basketball. Wish it counted toward my non-existent written words per day.
