because they are not contracted.
Can @PinnacleSF or @VINCI please sort out between yourselves who is responsible for service family drains, we have sewage coming through our house and no one is accepting responsibility, we have been passed around 2hrs with shit coming through our hallway
@PinnacleSF@VINCI I have messaged, this is an emergency but we are being told it's no one's problem but ours. We cannot use a private company as they are not contracted. It's Christmas eve and we have sewage flowing from our toilet flooding the floor and no one is accepting responsibility
Black rubber coming from all our taps, fobbed off by @PinnacleSF for 3 weeks now. Buying bottled water to drink, cook, clean our teeth. I wouldn't choose to live in Army accommodation but my husband serves & we want to be a family. Always treated like crap! βΉοΈ@DefenceHQ@The_AFF
@RishiSunak if this is the case can you please help us? We are expected to drink water with black rubber in it or spend Β£30 a week on bottled water. We've been let down and ignored for 3 weeks. We aren't even allowed to get our own plumber because there's a contract with Pinnacle

@TheAA_UK still sat at the side of the motorway with a screaming newborn and a toddler who is so fed up and bored he won't keep still and it's becoming dangerous!!!... 4 hours since we first called the AA! It's freezing, we are all soaked from the rain and now it's getting dark
