Yet again bad quality bananas from @bigbasket_com after being promised just 20 days back that it would never be a cause of complaint again! Moreover they charged me for variable weight but when the refund came the variable weight monies weren’t given. Uff
@AmazonHelp Have sent a DM. Placing an order with @amazonIN & going around looking for it with security and following up with customer service is a job in itself. It takes you guys such a long time for resolution? Just put delivery guy on a concall and sort it out!

@bigbasket_com The complaint was raised around 3:30/4 pm yesterday, today it’s 11 am, nor has anyone called, nor has my complaint been resolved! Disappointing customer support! I wonder which organisation takes so much time to resolve a complaint. Terrible
@bigbasket_com I’d requested for a return pickup which was scheduled between 12-3 today. 1 hour later no update when it will be picked up, call centre can’t give any update nor can they tell me by when the ops team will call back. Great customer service!
@bigbasket_com What is “some time”. Seriously how much time does it take to find out why the return hasn’t been picked up 6 hours after the scheduled time??? Just lame excuses from a terrible team! Please refund my money

@SwiggyCares So I get the same response! Doesn’t matter who you talk to, whether it’s an associate, their senior or their boss, they just parrot the same line, wasting customer’s time by asking to DM! Below is their DM to me & my response to them.
@Swiggy terrible customer care associates, just parrot out a script and are of no help. They will not extend themselves beyond the script to address customer concerns. Waste of time talking to them and the escalation to seniors is same experience!

@SwiggyCares For an order there was a discount applied, I input wrong pin Later at payment the discount was removed Askd @Swiggy to apply, refused saying not possible. Since it’s a platform discount it could’ve been done but associates were stubborn. Bad customer service
