They falsely show order is OFD for many days (An excuse so that they dont let you cancel the order).This way they get to keep money of all those prepaid orders for many days. Amount they get to keep for free must be huge from these orders

I think @myntra @MyntraSupport are pulling some shady/illegal (maybe unregulated?) shit by which they are using hundreds of crores of customer funds unlawfully. This shit online companies should be regulated exactly the same way Brokers are regulated by Sebi.

There are broadband providers, shitty broadband providers and there is @bsnl_care . All providers go through down times due to various reasons and that is expected but BSNL downtime lasts for weeks. when asked for adjustment of in bill for downtime, they ask to visit office🤦‍♂️

@bsnl_care Fun fact. If you want to terminate the connection, you are required to physically visit nearest @bsnl_care office. This crappy company should have been shut down years ago instead of pouring in more and more money into it.

@CarebyHDFC_HL also has a rule where you can not make pre payment online in first 6 months of your home loan. They make you visit the branch for it hence making it difficult to pre pay. absolutely ridiculous.
