.@VP and the @WHFraudTF are proving that fighting waste, fraud, and abuse can deliver results for taxpayers.
Now Congress must do its part. Pass Reconciliation 3.0, lock in meaningful spending reforms, and help make America affordable again. 🇺🇸
I’m co-authoring legislation to explicitly teach “diversity, equity, and inclusion” in our schools.
I’ve also filed House Bill 4111 which would require school districts over a certain size to hire a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer.
The 4th and final opinion is in Flowers Foods v. Brock, on an arbitration exemption for "last-mile drivers." A unanimous court holds someone who never crosses state lines or interacts with vehicles that do can qualify as a worker in interstate commerce.

Shareholder victory over politics!
ExxonMobil owners just voted to reincorporate in Texas, backing what’s truly good for long-term shareholder value and rejecting New Jersey red tape + proxy advisors’ political agendas.
No more activist lawsuits or virtue-signaling over profits. This is real fiduciary duty in action! https://t.co/lP36f9wbla
🚨 DDHQ: GOP-Appointed Incumbent Sarah Hawkins Warren Defeats Liberal Jen Jordan in Georgia Supreme Court 1 Race
Warren's victory locks in Republican-appointed conservative control of the Georgia Supreme Court through 2028.
We need to have a real conversation about the permanent diaconate. Right now, in most dioceses, it's treated as either a fall-back program for guys who didn't make it to the seminary, or a grown-up altar boy program. If there are actual vocations to the permanent diaconate, why is the age limited to 35 and over? Why do not recruit for it like we do the priesthood? And yes, why do we not ensure they are working for the Church in a full-time capacity? The way we treat the permanent diaconate now shows we don't take it seriously, and that should either change or it should be abolished.
Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
The fact that Dr. K’s reference to “rage bait media” was greeted by ragebaiters with rage goes to his entire point.
What has he reversed? For one, the arbitrary and capricious cancellation of the traditional Mass across the Diocese of Rome. That cannot be ignored and is a substantial shift, not only of tone, but of action.
But let’s not pretend as if the change in tone is meaningless. It is not. While he has said and done things I strongly disagree with, Leo appears to be a genuinely kind man, willing to listen to all sides of an argument when presented in good faith. That is a marked departure from the catty, insulting way of his predecessor, and it’s a change that can lead to real movement.
To Dr. K’s point, outside of a dramatic act of Providence, last years conclave was not going to produce a pope who was going to challenge the Vatican II narrative. It seems some people have seized upon that to enjoy the dopamine hit that rage gives them. That’s sad, and feeds into the mad-trad narrative that will only serve to marginalize us.
What the conclave did produce, so it seems, is a pope who doesn’t enjoy hurting his enemies. That is a positive move, indeed.
Naming Rusty Reno to the board is a statement in favor of not only Catholic identity, but a commitment to actual intellectual education. Stellar choice.
We will soon have the greatest board of trustees in the world -- if we do not already. This is how you renew Catholic education.

Throwing out a wild idea:
What if they built a ballroom on the White House grounds that could be a safe and secure location for events with the President of the United States?
@mehdirhasan lol when a terrorist sympathizer like Mehdi Hassan is quoting the pope favorably, it's quite reasonable to believe he isn't telling the whole truth about what was said.
