Executive committee members represented APSL at the United Nations Climate Change conference 2021 which concluded recently. Consensus was reached by over 190 countries after two weeks of intense negotiations.
APSL were present at the launch of the Sri Lanka โ UK Chamber of Commerce โ reception held at the Sri Lanka High Commission. In attendance were Sri Lankan Foreign Minister Prof. G.L. Peiris and British High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Ms. Sarah Hulton (OBE).

Just completed expansion of the isolation unit and colour wash of the Paediatric Ward at the District General Hospital, Chilaw. It's the largest Hospital in the Puttalam district. Completed in a timely manner -added an enormous benefit to the hospital and the region during COVID.
We have donated 20 Pulse Oximeters and 20 single bed mattresses to Karapitiya Teaching Hospital, Galle to help treat Covid patients within the region. These mattresses will be used for the establishment of their new 135 bed intermediate Covid 19 treatment centre.
APSL donated much needed High Concentration Oxygen Masks with reservoir bags, Pulse Oximeters and 3M N 95 Particulate respirator masks to District General Hospital Hambantota, .
This was fully funded by the kind donations of Sri Lankans and well wishers.
APSL was invited to attend the Wesak Festival Inauguration Ceremony which at the Sri Lanka High Commission on the 26th May 2021.
