@AidanDoc__@SmokinShady1 Who falls under the shot down category? Just curious guys like Bo fall under that by your definition, when he just got stupid money for shorter commitment.
@PaddyMacSwag@JoeBobiak28@PhilliesJake Yet he carried a 28.3 K% with the Phillies. For Bader if you go season by season last year for him was more of an exception than the norm. I’m not all in on Adolis, but I’m tired of the Bader crowd over hyping him. he’s a below average offensive guy every stat points to it
@TheGoodPhight To your point of his value dipping or not, he’s a FA at end of season so wouldn’t be getting anything for him down the line. I’m intrigued by Bowlan and happy with the trade (esp b/c Keller signing). Next up reinvest the $!
@BenHSilver If we had not made the Keller move I’d agree to an extent. Loved Strahm but he was showing some cracks last season (mainly ground ball rate dropping a good bit and had been trending that way season before). was good time to sell, got a controllable arm + shed some $ to reinvest
@DDuggan21 What would have to happen rest of this season for Schoen to get the boot at the end? Or do you think he’s safe (please dear god don’t say you think he’s safe)
The Phillies' makeshift outfield just put together the only rally of the night off Jacob deGrom.
Brandon Marsh single. Harrison Bader walk. Max Kepler go-ahead two-run double.
