‘Please note that we are aware that some flats are still experiencing heating issues. We are currently waiting for a date for the specialist to re-attend to solve the issues on the remaining systems’

The only way to warm our flats since 8am have had ‘their hands tied’ for the past month and refused to prioritise our basic right to heating. Great way to also increase already rising energy bills 💷
